There is an absolute maximum of 88 persons that can fit into the assembly hall.  Therefore registrations will be confirmed on a first-come-first served basis.  We apologize in advance if your requests cannot be honored this Shabbaton.

 Registration Opens

 Thursday March 4^th, 8am, 2010.  Completed registration request forms must be submitted to Hershel Moster, Rabbi Ari or Rabbi Dovid in person or can be faxed to 780-483-8041 to be considered.

 All requests will be filled based on time/date received and availability.  A written confirmation will be e-mailed to you with the results.  In the event your request is not available, you will be contacted to discuss alternative room types etc. For accuracy, No verbal requests will be accepted.  A waiting list will be maintained.

Registration Fees

Adults (13 and over) $249.00 per person

Children (2 – 4) $79.00 per child

Children (5-12) $125.00 per child

Tots (under 2) free (no chair provided)

·         These fees include all meals, hospitality foods, recreation program, box lunches, programs and workshops from Friday 2pm – Sunday noon.

·         Hotel rooms, tax and gratuities are paid separately to the hotel based on your room type.

·         Transportation is not provided.

Optional Day Fees

Adults (13 and over) $49.00 per person

Children (2 – 12) $25.00 per child

Tots (under 2) free (no chair provided)

·         These fees include welcome mixer, Friday breakfast, and box lunch.

·         Hotel rooms, tax and gratuities are paid separately to the hotel based on your room type.

·         Transportation is not provided.

Payments

A 25% deposit of your registration fees shall be processed on your credit card shortly after your confirmation is sent.  Your credit card information shall also be forwarded to the hotel in order to reserve your room reservation.

The balance of your registration fees shall be processed on your credit card on or about March 12^th, 2010.

Cancellation

Once your registration deposit is processed, there will be a non refundable cancellation fee of $50.00 per family, with a written cancellation request received before March 31st.  Written cancellation requests received between March 1st and April 15^th, will be assessed a non refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the total registration fees.   No refunds will be issued after April 15^th.  Hotel Cancellation fees may also apply!

Transportation

All transportation to and from Jasper, the Jasper Recreation Centre, and any optional activities are your responsibility.  No transportation is provided. Please drive, carpool or there is a commercial shuttle service available from West Edmonton Mall, through SunDog Tour Company.  For fees and Scheduling call Toll Free:  1-888-786-3641.

Hospitality Corner

There will be a hospitality table located in the dining area with snacks and refreshments available 24 hours for your comfort.  (Juice, Tea, Coffee, fruit, snacks etc. based on time of day)
